Drew Barrymore might direct Eclipse, the third Twilight?

EW.com is reporting a rumor that Summit Entertainment is considering actress-turned-director Drew Barrymore as one of a select group of directors to helm the third Twilight movie, Eclipse.

Barrymore did just finish work on her directorial debut, Whip It! starring Ellen Page.

Neither Summit nor Barrymore’s representatives would comment to EW.com.
